    My front is 17x9 +24,

if you want to go LOW get 205/40, you won't be able to go stupid dumped with 45's due to turning, however with a 40, you need to go really low to rock them.

In regards to fitting them, you'll need to good roll and a great pull, my front fenders are destroyed because my pull wasn't good enough and my fender got sucked in

Rears will fit fine although if you want it flush you should add a minor amount of camber. They will poke out a little bit otherwise...nothing crazy though.

Front you'll probably need to max out camber and a great pull like Austin says. Can't stress this enough especially if you want to tuck tire.
