Protege garage is a great place to get parts. I've had only minor issues with communication, and shipping.

I ordered my inlet pipe from PG, and receieved everything except for the Reducer.

They did not inform that it was out of stock and being drop shipped to me until it finally got to me about a week after delivery of the inlet pipe.

Either than that, they have great prices, and great products.

Id say theyre just okay...Sometimes their parts come dirty, with missing pieces, delayed , not replying to emails...etc...
not all the time mind you but with so many other solid vendors I don't know how often Ill deal with Protege Garage.

Yeah, when I ordered my PG Turbo Inlet, I emailed them for a tracking number. They never emailed me back. A couple days later (which was fast), I recieved the Turbo Inlet with everything included. That's why I gave customer service a grade of "C".

I've ordered a few things and had to wait a month each time with very poor communication and no tracking numbers. Great prices and products but way toooo shitty communication for me, I'll go to crossover or streetunit before I go back to ken.

Just lack of communication, is the only complaint I can say I have experience as well as other people have experienced. Other than that, they do have deals and parts, just needs improvement in their communication as a whole.

But, I think too many people only contact Ken, when there are other members of PG, you can also go through. Thus, making Ken receive most of the load.

i had the same problem. i give them a d. and if its like most CA schools there is no D. so a FAIL

i talk to ken on almost a daily basis. so the lines of communication are always open for me.
though i do understand that he is not that accessible for others.
i love ordering parts from ken.
