    Default Jocelyn's Aurora Blue MZ3

Not everyone from Idaho drives a big redneck truck and farms potatoes, some people like imports too! I had my eye on these Mazdas for a couple of years, then finally purchased my ABM mz3 in Nov 2009. It's had slowwww progress over the years, but this is my DD/low & slow/autox build.

    Engine/Suspenion/Wheels

    K&N CAI
    BC Coilovers
    Hotchkis RSB
    17x8 +35 (F) 17x9 +38 (R) Blitz 01's
    SR35 Muteki lug nuts
    TRZ RMM
    JBR PMM

    Interior/Exterior

    15% tint
    Stubby antennae
    HID's
    Garage Vary replica lip
    Removed side moldings
    Black emblems
    Painted rear valence
    Duckbill spoiler
    Plaid interior
    Rear fender roll and pull
    Eonon head unit
    Shaved hatch
    Rear wiper delete

    In the near future

New grill to get rid of that pig snout!
    Stealth sub
    New interior

    ST's?

Oh btw no you don't need those rubber things (at the top) of your rear springs. ... Technically don't need bottom either depending how low you want to go.

But yeah, the springs sit against a fold in the rear so they don't actually spin, you won't get any noise from them. Maybe spring squishing sounds but.. That's normal.

When I had an interior I don't think I ever heard any rear spring or any subframe noise.. Lol

Yeah, I bought them off of Brendan (UnZipHer) Looking to go low for daily, but during autox season I think these should be pretty good. I'm content with these and want to see how they do during season. I might still take that rubber out in the rear. I sort of want the rears lower, they're maxed out right now with the rubber pad in there.

Deal! But, I was rubbing my front fender paint off, so I have to get a new DD set up first!

You'll have to mod the mounting holes to fit the duckbill. They aren't a simple bolt on job they take a little work.

Yeah I had the same problem. Had to flex it a little bit to fit right. Damn Japanese people.... and it only hid part of the hard water spots from the oem spoiler.

Yeah I contemplated the vinyl idea too at one point. But then I just said fuck it lol. Although once I stop being lazy, I will be going back into the vinyl shop for some things tehe. Got the price quote, then never went in to do it!

Thank you I was going to do the same thing chef was. Take the 3rd brake light out of an 04-06, but then I just didn't give a crap afterwards. It's been 8 months and nobody has rear ended me *knocks on wood*

I wish it didn't cost so much, but I want to shave the hatch and rear bumper!! Just want it to be cleeeeean!

I wouldn't shave the bumper, the side reflectors of it I would, but I like the whole valence area
