Default Rear wheels rubbing bumper/ rear fender question...

hey guys, i'm new to the fitment game, and i was looking for some advice to the quesion posted above. i have a first gen mz3 hatch, the rear and front fenders are rolled and the rear are pulled a decent amount. the wheels are rota g forces 18x9 +25 with 215/40s on them. basically the wheel fits percect with in the fender well with the scp camber arms, but where the rear bumper meets the fender, it rubs like crazy. i planned to take the wheels off today and shave a bit of the bumper on the inside and try to roll the inside of that part on the fender.

I tried searching for this issue, as i'm sure it has been brought up before, but was unable to find anything on this. anyone else encounter this? suggestions?

    Thanks

Typically when people roll the rear fenders they shave that rear bumper tab as well. Although mine still rubs there a bit, but it's nothing to worry about.

i cant tell if its the tab or what, but it looks like its rubbing the inside of the rear bumper so i worked that down, and tried to roll the lip back out of the way more, but i have not driven the car since. But i plan to look into it today and ill keep you posted and thanks for the help!

Two places the tires rub (more than the whole area) are check that tab where the fender and bumper meet.
And also look around... 2 o'clockish in the fender.

For whatever reason, that meeting point and a more forward location seem to rub more than anywhere else.

Jack up the rear and take a look. It will be VERY easy to spot where it is rubbing, as black rubber will be all over it and paint will be rubbed away.

If it is that back section towards bumper but on the actual metal fender. You'll have to use a balpin hammer to crush that spot in a touch. As obviously the bumper gets worn out relatively fast.

And the front area is easily rolled out because it is wider.

I wish I never touched my rear fenders lol

I'd appreciate if you could post some pictures. I have similar wheel specs, but haven't installed them yet. Would like to see how it looks. By the way, what's the camber in the rear?
