    Who's dealt with Dominic??

    I brought some camber arms just over 2 weeks ago now and emailed him about a week ago just to see if he can track the order.

    No reply.

    Emailed him again, asking if he got my email a few days back, again.

    No reply.

    Now he said the arms would take 6-10 days to get to me in the uk so i don't mind it taking a little longer as first said, but the lack of emailing back has annoyed me!

    Anyone else had this?

    I've dealt with him before. He's usually really good about responding and he's provided excellent service in the past, he actually allowed me to implement a payment plan the first time we had a group buy for his rear arms.

    But recently, I've been dealing with an experience the same as yours. Been waiting on a part (already paid) for ~3months and then there was a period where he wasn't replying. He just got back to me yesterday and he has come up with a solution.... so we'll see if that comes through.

    Like I said, in the past, he's been really good about customer service and his parts are QUALITY. For now, I'll give him the benefit of a doubt. He might be preoccupied with other things at the moment so I hope that it might just all be an unfortunate coincidence.

    I've dealt with Dominic twice once for camber arms, and once for toe links, and both times while not really communicating between payment it may have taken a bit longer than what I'd consider ideal, but his work is well worth it, and it's fully understandable given the quality of his parts and pretty sure he gets them coated out of house, giving extra time for that as well.

    ive dealt with him doesnt live to far where i am, he replies back pretty fast, if he doesnt get back to you, probably busy making your parts but hes a good guy. get a great product!

    Thanks for the replies!

    Well I'm off on holiday in a weeks time so I'll wait until I get back to see what happens! It's just a little annoying as I'm just waiting on them to so I can fit my wheels as get it set up properly!

    Seeing as your all impressed by his work, it's seems as I should just suck it and see!

    Yeah man I understand it sucks, I had to be rolling around with more than 1* of toe until the links came in, just watching my tires die

    I just talked to Dominic in person, he came to pick up some parts at my store. He's been extremely busy and has had issues with a reliable powder coating source. It's slowed him down as far as turn around time, but he assured me that everything is being handled to the best of his ability. His quality and craftsmanship are worth the wait in my opinion. I've dealt with him as a customer and vice versa, I see no need for concern other than the extended waiting period. He appreciates every single order and every single customer!

    Funny yuo should say this as i've just had a email from him.

    Camber arms should be on my way from him today.

    Good to hear. He stopped by earlier and I let him know that some of his customers were a bit unhappy. Hope all turns out well!!

    I hope so too, I havent heard from him yet about the front control arms after several e-mails. I sent him another e-mail today so we'll see

    Nice, I plan on ordering a set soon. The new design looks awesome.
