Default Im_Special's never ending quest to perfect fitment...

Ive come a long way since when I bought my car... Heres just a couple of my steps.

July 2009 - Right after i got my Skunk2's installed, stock wheels.

october 2009 - Got 17x7 konigs and put some new 205/40 tires on them

march 2010 - Evaluating my hella sunkness. lol.

Decided to throw on some 20mm spacers but i couldnt get them on my konigs...

Got them to work on my 17's by slipping small spacers behind the bolt on's. LOL @ mexi poke.

April 2010 - Discovered how to camber it out

Summer 2010 - I start to really work on my fitment game. I finally had the money to buy a new set of wheels. I decided on XXR 521's at 16x8 +20 and a tire size of 195/40.

    Lowered my car hella. lol

August 2010 - Then I got my first feature not only for me on NW-Built. I was sooo happy when i first got the wheels.

October 2010 - i added 25mm worth of spacer to get me this

December 2010 - got bored and tried 27mm spacer for the rear. This is with max camber.

Also started building my front coilovers to go lower. end of January I got this.

February 2011 - I started something that's been LONG over due. Sold the XXR's and started my 5-Lug swap. Bought the new wheels on Thursday, MB Battles 17x9 +27 and Ill be stretching some 205/40's on there. Ill make them fit

    Nice timeline!

Those don't look like battles. Look more like MB Weapons.

Cause it only came with 3 clips and I only had 1 on that side and it broke away from the lip. Gotta figure out a new way to attach it.

5-Lug is in! Everything is awesome, car feels solid and stops faster than ever. Very happy. Also got my diffuser mounted up, keeps the rear of the car down lower.

Was the rear diffuser from the MX-6?
Looks really beat up on your car/doesnt really flow too well...I am a big fan of that style of diffuser though.

And the muffler looks like it can use some work too. I remember seeing a picture where it was all crumpled looking.
Would look better if it was mandrel bent better, and give it it a clean blast pipe look to it.

    Good job on the 5-lug.

The Diffuser needs a fresh coat of paint. I mounted It differently than Mike had it so it does hang lower. The exhaust needs a new tip, that was a cheap fix.
