They are extremely helpful in making sure you are satisfied with your own decisions on products, and are able to provide you with accurate information on any product from any manufacture. They are easily contactable via e-mail, AIM, and telephone.

I would always AIM (AOL Instant Message) Billy at Import Image Racing receiving an immediate response to my questions and price inquires on anything from wheels, lug-nuts, suspension, seats, performance parts, etc...It really is amazing at the quality of customer service experienced on every occasion; having dealt with mediocre vendors in the past. Also, having great shipping and product reinsurance before and after the purchase of the products.

Just ordered my BC coils from these AWESOME guys.. They gave me a great deal and know i patiently wait for them to get here!lol Great costumer service and answered all my questions promptly! Ok, so just got my BC Coils in and they look awesome! They shipped faster than i expected, they where on a delay because of SEMA, and everything seems to be right! Once again thanks Import Image Racing!! A+ and would definitely only recommend you get your coils from these guys!

Never saw this thread before. I jumped on that 135mm 10k group buy awhile back and was told I needed to pay $60 for shipping to Canada when the box arrived it said that the postage was $32.95.

Import Image says BC misquoted, BC says Import Image did and neither seem too concerned about rectifying the issue so I ended up being out the additional cash.

So those outside of the states keep this in mind.
