Are pictures really worth a thousand words? Do pictures speak louder than words? Pictures are yet but an accessory to a story, just as the story of Danny Brostein’s 2004 Midnight Blue Mazda RX-8 from Chicago, Illinois unfolds before us through these pictures.
How long have you owned your RX-8?
The car, as you know, has been through more stages than I can count. I’ve owned it for five years now.
What inspired you to go into the direction we see today?
I don’t consider my car to be a true VIP car but it is VIP-Insired. I’ve always loved the VIP-scene from Japan and the Oni-Kyan style.
Is there anything you would change?
To me, the car is perfect the way it is now…
What can possibly be next?
I’m not sure what’s next for it…Right now I just want to continue my Honda Grom project to match the RX8.
Anything else you want to tell us?
People either love or hate my car, but I’m proud that I built it the way I wanted it to be and could give a fuck less if it hurts everyone’s feelings.
