It is always great to see a NA Miata (1st generation) that is modified in a classic/period correct way. A good example of that is Lorezno Maddalena‘s 1990 MX-5 Miata NA6CE from Ontario, Canada.
What lead you to this Miata? Did you come from something different before this?
“Hondas before…originally wanted anS2000, but was out of my budget. My buddy also had a Miata that was completely done up, and it was the only one around that was so nice, so I decided to find one because of how original it was in my area not many people have them, and to find a clean example for so cheap was a no brainer”
What inspired you to modify the car the way you did?
“I was just trying to do something with a period correct appearance ( wheels, tail lights, interior bits) closest car to inspiration was _fergus , white car on 3p wheels. When I saw the Mazda Fitment feature years ago with the wild background sunset…I was definitely intrigued with how he built his car…”
Any future plans for the car your excited for? Or is that about it for now?
“Flirting with the idea of turbo…not sure if I’m going to commit…”
